Join Gretchen Ki Steidle at the Ashoka U Exchange for a workshop on The Mindful Changemaker: Cultivating Awareness and Wellbeing for Self, Other & Society
Mindfulness is a core aspect of being an effective, resilient changemaker and key tool for driving social impact. In this session, participants will engage in interactive exercises to explore the connection between mindfulness and changemaking within the domains of the self, others, organization, and society. They will leave with tools and actions to embed mindfulness into their own lives, work, and institution.
Come to the Maine Women's Conference and experience Gretchen Ki Steidle's workshop on Mindfulness for Self and Social Impact.
